Pearson IT Certification Practice Test not working

Hello,

I am unable to access the Pearson IT Certification Practice Test associated with this title:
CCENT/CCNA ICND1 100-105
ISBN 9781587205804

I am receiving a "Could not connect to the Practice Test Server" error.

I have submitted 3 cases for this with Pearson already but to no avail. The download links that were sent to me have either not helped or do not work.

I stated in my current & prior cases (Case Numbers 00903914, 00885712, and 0089410icon_cool.gif that I have tried disabling my firewall, antivirus, and pop-up blocker without success. I get a reply from Pearson to download the test engine directly & then my case is summarily closed.

I have run Wireshark on my computer and am receiving a RESET from 159.182.165.92, which is registered to NCS Pearson Inc. as NCS-PEARSON-HOSTING-1.

Has anyone else had this issue? This is a brand-new computer (Windows 10) that I bought solely for the purpose of running these practice exams.
