Mcsa or server +

Hi all, I want to get a foot in the IT industry but are unsure what route to go. I have done the Net + cert but dont know where to from here. I read up a bit and were considering Server + or MCSA but I have no experience on servers what so ever. I would like to go the server route but dont know where to start.
