ok i got a email about Video lab training, very cool, but which of these labs should i buy if i'm preparing for exam 70-290?

Assuming you are referring to the TrainSignal offer, it's best if you contact them directly as they will know exactly which ones you need to cover the exam objectives of 290. Definitely not the whole lot though. Most of their Labs/products cover exam objectives from multiple exams. You can basically pick the ones which you think you need to become more skilled at the topics (topics as in features rather than exam objectives).
