VMware Cert / Stanly

Does anyone know how to verify that VMware knows I took the Stanly course and passed?
I don't see it anywhere, and I have an exam scheduled for March, 2017.

Thanks.

I'm currently in the class, so I haven't tried to take the test yet, but in the instructions it says that you must use the voucher provided so VMware knows you have taken the course.

"This class will NOT appear on your VMware myLearn transcript. When you use the vouchers and pass the exam, then your VCP-DCV status will appear on the transcript, but not the class."

Login to your student email via the same site you used to take the course (it remains active long after the course ends), look for an email titled "An account has been created for you" and on there you should see a link to onthehub.com where you complete the registration.

You sign in with your student email address and when you go to your Account/Orders section (top right of the screen) and click on View Details, you see 2 things of importance: the voucher code and the link to VMWare to begin the exam booking process.

This VMWare link takes you to the VMWare site (where you have to register, but this time use your normal email address), tells it you passed the course and then gives you a link (the VMWare site that is) to book the exam through PearsonVUE - you enter the voucher code at the checkout stage and it drops the price as it said it would (by 70%).

I took mine last week and it works as it should.

    Good luck

    I scheduled the VCP550PSE
for 3/22/17. I would hope if there is an issue it would be caught before I sit the exam.

You are able to take the exam without taking the class, but you won't be certified. As far as I can tell the system won't catch this issue.

If you took the class and you are using the voucher, you should be set.

What do you need to show the class? I did Stanly CC in Dec' 2015.

If you used the voucher that you received from OnTheHub through Stanly to schedule this exam, you should be good.

You've schedule the PSE exam, and with your Stanly voucher - you're fine.
