VPN Issue

I have two office locations. A user can vpn into one location and access the shared folders. But when they connect to the second location, they cant access the shared folders. VPN settings are setup correctly, I have checked them with mine. Also on the 2 nd locations server, the RRAS is showing they are connected, but I cant ping the servers ip address from the client. I have also tried using the servers ip address instead of the share name in the drive mapping but still no joy. Very weird to say the least. What else can I try?
