MDT drivers question

Hi guys we are working with a MDT setup and would like to know the best way to inject drivers into our golden reference image. We work with various manufacturers of laptops / computers so would need drivers for Dell, Lenovo, HP all intergrated into a image.

Do driver packs exist?

Secondly we currently have the baseline image with all Windows updates installed. We need to install Office Starter, various applications through ninite.

Is there a auto menu driven system you can use that automatically runs files to wish i.e officer starter.exe or is there a better way of doing this? I didn't really want to intergrated ninite applications into the baseline image as apps are constantly changing with updates.
