From my understanding the lower level NSE certs from Fortigate are mainly sales oriented, I would; not get your hopes up too high.

I should have read the fine print a little closer. You're right, It looks like the first couple are that.

In the fine print it says only NSE 1 is available to the public.
Starting today, Fortinet will offer NSE program level 1 courses to the public. Fortinet will follow with NSE program levels 2 and 3 in the second quarter of 2017.
