Best book for 70-698

If you had to pick one book for the 70-698 exam, would it be the Panek or the Exam Ref book? I plan on supplementing that with labs, probably CBT Nuggets, and a MeasureUp practice test. Work will probably only buy one book, so I'm looking to get the one most helpful for the exam. Thanks for any input!
