Retake vouchers. how do they work

Please if anyone has used those.

Should i wait for a coupon to arrive at my address? or do you get a code or sth that is used when you schedule the exam?

When you signed up for the initial exam you should have gotten a voucher number. It's towards the top of the paperwork that lists what exam you scheduled, date and time. If you haven't scheduled the initial exam, yes, you will get the voucher number after you pay for the bundle. (exam and retake)

well i bought it half an hour ago and i just received an order confirmation email. no voucher number whatsoever. hope everything is ok
