Updating exam?

Before I start my studying for Security+ can anyone tell me if there are any plans to update the SYO-101 exam in the next few months?

Recently, CompTIA undertook a rolling revision of the exam. While not changing the domains or objectives, they updated the questions to focus on more recent technologies and their implementation in today’s world (don’t expect questions on how to implement a feature in Windows 95 anymore).
