There's really not enough context here for people to accurately assess your experience/accomplishments. Here's what I recommend:

Make a bullet point for each of the following: PC troubleshooting, mobile device troubleshooting, networking.
Now answer the following: How many devices? How big is the network? How many customers do I serve?
Plug those numbers into your bullets. You now how experience you can quantify.
Add more bullets for technologies+numbers as desired.

Thanks for the help Russ...Someone gave me the idea to search for resumes on indeed...

That gave me everything I needed....same company and title, multiple resumes to adjust..
