What makes you say no? just curious i think it would be big

Cyber Ops is the only Cisco certification that is intended for a JOB rather than a technology. I don't see them going past CCNA with it. Think about it.. With R&S, you're learning Cisco routers and switches. That's more money for Cisco because you, knowing Cisco equipment, will purchase Cisco equipment for projects at your job (theoretically). Cisco gets paid when you buy their equipment (duh). With Cyber Ops, the material is not for any particular Cisco equipment. Just my opinion.

Maybe they could, I was surprised they are doing this one even though. Mostly for the reasons atippett mentioned. But another reason is because where would they go from there? What topics would they go into? I feel like this a general security cert that covers a large area and doesn't go that deep. Not sure how you follow that up with a more advance cert under the same name. Just pick and choose a few of the areas and go deeper in them while ignoring some of other topics? maybe. I don't see it though. But than again, I wouldn't have seen this coming, so I obviously I know what I'm talking about
