VM workstation query

Hi,

I have installed 2 machines on my VM workstation. I have kept both adapter as host only. One machine is checkpoint box and other is window server 2012 data center edition.

Checkpoint box IP - 10.0.0.10
server IP- 10.0.0.1

from checkpoint i can ping my server but from server i can't ping checkpoint. windows firewall is off. Please let me know what will be the issue in connectivity.

when pinging checkpoint IP i got RTO from server.
