Need Advice for job - 4 years gap after Post Graduation

I did MCA in September 2013. And from that year to till now i have no job as i still not apply yet anywhere because i was increasing my knowledge in IT Field

What i did in Post Graduation is just study and gaming and now i am regretting why i played game that time.

So now i have knowledge of basics of Linux,shell scripting,html,css,php,python.

I also know little but web pentesting as i practiced locally. But in real world there is huge competition in bug hunting so i afraid a lot that should i also do bug hunting? there are so many persons doing bug hunting now days so should i get reward of bug hunting if i also start because there i see lots of duplicates bugs so i afraid to start bug hunting.

Also i have no certification no job experience

I am totally clueless for how i make my career in IT Field

Not much money to do OSCP

As there are 4 years Gap so which company provide me job without experince ?

Please advice me as i need a lot of advice
