Real Need Help on CCNA

I am very extra ordinary system engineer. But I have tried to boast my knowledge and my qualifivcation with some vital certification such CCNA, A+, Network+, But I amconvinced, I don;t real know where to start, But I have buy some textbook on CCNA which I found some topics are so understanble , but in term of other topic like WAN, Access List, Pasword Recovery, Bollean Calculation.
