Help:EC-Council Exam Eligibility Application Formv2

Hi Guys,

I am planning to take CEH exam in the near future.

I have over 10+ years working in Network security roles. My recent role was Principle Security Consultant which lasted for over 3.5+ years.

I was responsible for many security related tasks like IPS/IDS (deployment, configuring, tuning and maintaining), PCI audits, vulnerability management, security events/incidents investigation , firewalls management, etc.

I have other Certifications like CCNA,CCNP,CCSA,CCSE, JNCIA and others.

I think i have enough experience for eligibility.

i am not sure what to put in two sections of EC-Council Exam Eligibility Application Form v2.

a)Type of security related work: ?
b)Experience qualifications certified by supervisor / agency representative: ?

I do not want to fill out the form incorrectly and loose $100.

I hope above makes sense. If anybody can help that would be fantastic.
