SSCP from ISC2 is an entry level security certificate that is similar to the Security+ in terms of what you need to know.

CSA+, CASP, CCNA: Security, CEH(if you pay for course), CHFI, any of the GCIA certifications, any of the offensive-security.com certs, any of the elearnsecurity.com certs

    A few.
EC Council certs do not require experience if you attend the official training.
For others, you can take the exam and be certified. This includes GIAC SANS, eLearnSecurity, Offensive Security OSCP and even CompTIA CSA+ and CASP.
