Providing business support to customers is it a good experience? This is work is in an ISP.
I want to move into NOC. It states difficult fault I escalate to Network Operations Team

    Depends on whether it's consumer or business customers. And depends on the services that you are supporting. Generally speaking, tech support can go either way, I would imagine. I've always enjoyed working directly with customers. Although, I've never really had a pure tech support or help-desk role.
