This position is from 30+ days ago, and they still haven't filled it? That fact opens up a whole network (coughs) of thoughts in my mind.

That's a lot of hats to wear, incident response, pen testing, firewall management, they what someone to fill a lot of roles. I can see why they haven't filled it yet.

And it looks like they also have you potentially training others too.

That's how almost all the jobs I see are here. (That's why I feel like I need to be Cisco-Microsoft-VMWare-Linux and possibly AWS certified.

3 months on that job and you would be burnt out.

They pay well down here for our COL though. It's just what's expected in most (or at least a lot of) roles here. Sounds like I may get a "vacation" role when I move to another state... I won't count on it though.

This is for a senior position, whay do you expect? Of course they will expect that you are familiar with different tools and technologies

Yeah FORCE, I agree with you. I really see no problems with it. I would jump at that in a flash if I was qualified.

Bachelor's degree and 5 yrs experience or even no degree if 6 yrs experience. I don't know. I would think only 6 yrs experience shouldn't pay so high, but that's just me.

Still say it's lot of hats to wear for one guy. Advanced Pen testing, Senior Incident Reponses lead, Firewall expert, etc. While yes you should be at least familiar with many of these roles, perhaps some experience in them, demanding your an expert in all of them is wishful thinking. Usually a Cyber Security team fills these roles with one person senior person for each role and others to assist or back them up as needed.
