Not sure of your background, but I would recommend downloading the tools and self-study.

If I had to guess, I'd say the OP wants to get the CEH but doesn't have the 2 years of experience or the money buy their way past the experience requirement by purchasing official training. Heard Skillsoft offers a course that EC Council deems official, no idea on the price.

Partly correct! I do not have the 2 years of experience but do have the money to purchase official training. However, if an option exists to have hundreds of dollars I would probably go that route.
