Anyone live in the Sarasota/Tampa area? Advice?

Good afternoon tech fam,

Next year I plan on moving down to this area after I marry my girlfriend. Do Any of you currently live in this area? I'm trying to figure out how's the IT job market in this area.

I lived in Tampa for two years. The IT job market was great. After being in Jacksonville for two decades as well (back here now), and hearing a ton from people in Miami, and also my own research, I can say that the Tampa IT market is the best in Florida. If you have some specific questions about jobs or the areas in general, send me a PM. Also, Sarasota is beautiful. I wish we had moved a little further south there to Sarasota/Bradenton.
