I bought it because it was cheap at $9.99 but I think people who do not have a strong foundation should read one of the books below first:

Sybex: CISSP Study Guide, Seventh Edition - ISC2 (2015)
Eleventh Hour CISSP Study Guide- Conrad Eric (2016)

It is good refresher info for people who already have a solid foundation and at $9.99 it is a steal of a deal.
