Downloading Cisco IOS 12.2 and higher

Hey I'm stumped...I'm trying to download the newest version of the Cisco IOS for the routers and switches I just bought and after registering on Cisco's website and attempting to download it is still restricting me....Is there maybe another location I can go to in order to get the latest IOS versions??

lol, the IOS's are not for everyone to download
I believe you have to be a Cisco partner/reseller to have access to the IOS downloads. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong. Now working full time! -
