Pretty much is the same thing in South America. Places with major military bases, Germany, South Korea, Italy, Afghanistan, and Japan are where the most of them are.Still searching for the corner in a round room.

Just sayin. There are other DoD and military presence there -

I couldn't find any significant American Military bases listed for Australia, of course there would be Australian military bases, but I would expect any civilian positions be filled by Australian civilian's.devilbones wrote: »Administrative Assistant, Junior - AUS-Alice Springs
Alice Springs is the town near Pine Gap, which I mentioned in my first posting. There's only around 1,000 positions there, many of which I'm sure as filled by Australian's, compare this to 5,800 civilian contractors in Iraq, almost all of them Americans.Still searching for the corner in a round room. -

Have you thought about the Dept. of State Foreign Service?CISSP | CISM | ACSS | ACIS | MCSA:2008 | MCITP:SA | MCSE:Security | MCSA:Security | Security + | MCTS -

You could try to get a State Department job, they get to live in all kinds of great places.
