3560x Catalyst http interface

I just reset my 3560 switch and I am trying to access the switch via http @ address 10.0.0.1
Now I am being asked for " a user name and password. The server reports that is from level_15_access." Where do I go from here??

I have not done any configuration to this switch via console port. I am currently connect to the switch via ethernet cable(str8 through).

Enter Cisco as password. Leave user name blank.

Or at least so says the switch documentation.

Have you set up a local account with privilege 15 access?
#user admin priv 15 password WORD

and also configured local authentication for http?
#ip http authentication local

What the IP address of your PC and can you do a show run from the console port.
