Problem with VCP6-DCV Official Cert Guide

OK, I'm not off to a good start. I'm on the 2nd page of the first chapter, and it is telling me to log onto my ESXi host with the vSphere Client, and then click on the "Local Users and Groups" tab.

If I log onto one of my ESXi 6.0.0 hosts, then I do not have a "Local Users and Groups" tab (just a "Users" tab.)

If I log onto one of my ESXi 5.5.0 hosts, then I have a "Local Users and Groups" tab

Am I doing something wrong, or is this something that changed from 5.5 to 6.0 that didn't get updated in the Cert Guide?
