Has anyone worked for Support.com? What was it like? I see they have some tech support work from home jobs.

I looked at it briefly a long time ago, but their wages are a joke. Signing up for something like HelloTech may be a better option if you're looking for something on the side.

    Working for Support.com:
    • During Training - $9.00 per hour*
    • After Training - $10.25 per hour**
    Certs: CISSP, CySA+, Security+, Network+ and others | 2019 Goals: Cloud Sec/Scripting/Linux

True the pay is pretty low. Right now I just gotta find something since I'm not working. I thought Support.com might be ok until I find something. Thank you for posting Hellotech, I like the concept and I might look into that.

I started my IT career at teleNetwork. They're always hiring wfh reps. They work with ISPs and provide customer support for them. Pay is not great, but if you need a job or have no IT experience, its a good place to start.
