got certified. but think there is a problem.
ok so i passed my os portion thursday, that finished both tests for me i passed the hardware two months ago.
i took them at pearson vue. but for the two tests they gave me canident id numbers but both times they were different. and one test has my name as james r robertson 111 and the other as james robertson. my os has not showed up on the comptia site as of yet. should i wait longer. i signed up for both tests online through person using the same log on information they sent me in the mail. so i dont think there should be a propblem.... but what do you think.

they reply to their emails usualy within 24 hours -

well i wrote them friday but still havent heard anything. anyone else got an idea.you only live once.

It may take them a while to get back to you. Also try contacting PearsonVue and have them merge the records, and then stick to one version of your name to avoid future confusion.i remain, he who remains to be....
