Any resume experts able to critic my resume?
TechnicalJay
Hello,
I know resume and cover letters are not my strong suit at all. If I could get any input from professionals would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Not a bad start. I would first put your education at the beginning. Any degrees earned, certifications etc. Main reason for this is because most companies are looking to weed out candidates quickly. If you put your education first, it will draw their attention to you. List any particular tools used. Ex: did you use any vendor specific tools like Encase or any well known data recovery tools in the industry? That can be helpful to show you have experience using certain tools. I use Encase even though its forensics based, it shows a well known industry accepted tool. List any programming languages you may know for desktop support. Did you use powershell at all? If so, list it. Anything with automation tasks can be useful. Did you receive great customer service ratings from customers? If so, list it. Great customer service skills shows you know how to work with people.
