Upgrading from MCSE + INTERNET ON NT 4.0 to MCSE 2003

in 70-292 / 70-296 Upgrade
Ijust wanted to know that how can i upgrade to the 2003 version
Do i need to give all exams ???

    I don't think there is an upgrade path to MCSE 2003 from NT, you will have to take all the exams. I might be wrong so check the MS site.
