Entry Level VMWare positions - What should you know?

Curious to hear what you guys think should be the baseline knowledge for entry level VMWare work/experience.

Does it just come down to knowing how to install/configure it to client needs?

    VCP-DCV level knowledge.

    Edit: Interesting. Post is cutting off the VC of VCP for some reason.
