Help with upgrade please
I have an evaluation version of windows xp professional cd(came with an MCDST book to help me practice the scenario questions) that I wanted to install as an upgrade to the windows xp home edition that I am currently using. someone told me that I cannot upgrade from home edition to pro, and that I have to do a clean installation instead. This is the only computer I have and I don't want to mess it up. What are my options? can someone please help me?

Upgrades I believe only work on 98 ME and Win2k but I don't think an evaluation version will update any version.Who knows what evil lurks in the heart of technology?... The Shadow DO
