JNCIS-ENT routing/switching - anyone recently passed??
flatman123
Hello all. I received my JNCIA about 2 weeks ago and would like to start studying for the jncis-ent.
Can you advise as to what study material you used? and what equipment...are Junos devices with 15.1 image really needed? or can i get away with Olive?
I used the Olive-image in GNS3 for that exam..however as per the exam objectives, junos 15.1 will be used.
I was fortunate enough to have my job provide me with the vSRX image, downloaded from juniper.. however i'm having some problems utilizing it in GNS3..it loads quite slow if at all...anyone have experience with this software?
Any help would be appreciated.---

You can run multiple instances of vSRX on your PC and skip GNS3.
You don't need 15.1 to pass JNCIS-ENT. Most of the vSRXs that I run are 12.x because they use less memory. For anything 15.x and above, I typically just spin up vMXs.
