No.... the CCNA fits in nicely after/around the MCSA and before the MCSE. Cisco certified people don't get to talk trash about the MCSE until AFTER they have the CCNP.
And what is it -- 7 exams?
You deserve a break!
You take a month, maybe two -- get the CCNA -- and go back to the MCSE rested and refreshed -- and oh!! 1 exam! 1 more certification! Plus, after the single CCNA exam (if you do that... as you should), maybe the Microsoft exams won't seem as bad.

try to play with your MCSA in the field - see where you fit in, if not enough then get the MCSE, mean while pure networker respect the CCNA/P more if you are not doing systems support.
how about the open source certs? interested?
