i almost finish CCNA 4th module and i want to know
what is the better form to get certification, i mean ,what can you recommend me about to take intro and icnd or just 640-801exam?

Go the one exam route. The questions are broader and it costs alot less money!

Well I would make sure you reviews the major topics, such as:
VLANS,RIP,OSPF,EIGRP,ACL's,CLI Commands (basic switch config commands as well), VTP, STP...etc
I do not know how much you know about the above subjects, if you feel confident in the above topics then do a couple days worth of review and go do the exam!
