CBT Nuggets/ITPro.tv should have something. MS Exam Reference, of course.

Or did you mean without paying?

I am in the same boat here, since Microsoft updated the exam requirements in June to include Teams, Flow, StaffHub etc. the resources have just dried up, I have a PluralSight and SafariBooks sub; OK for getting a grounding in each subject but they both contain quite dated material for this exam now.
Technet and finding random blogs people have written are it at the moment I think...

a little update ... I signed up for a few  E licenses and created a fake company and lab everything out. My main source is doc.micosoft.com. I have killed many trees in the process. Please forgive me.

I have passed. So I am now an MCSA: Office 365. I am going to study for 70-339
