It's worth it if you are applying for a job that requires it, if your current employer is asking for it, if your job requires it etc etc.

Basically it's worth it if you are going to use it or need it in the future.

thanks so much, well nor my empr. or my job require it and i never saw a job add asking for it, but i like to be ready for the future from now if it really worth!!!
