Syncing Microsoft Outlook 2010 Contacts to Samsung Phone

I have a user in work who would like to sync is contacts from outlook to his phone and just wondering how you go about this? Any suggestions?

Could use Outlook for Android. Under the account settings, there is an option to Sync Contacts.
