Depends... if you want to be a system admin and/or implement/design MS based networks you should go for MCSE. If you want to be a real 'networker' go for CCNA. If that doesn't matter much to you, take a look at the job offerings in your area and see what's most in demand.

I Think I'll go for my MCSE, my company recently deployed W2K and I am trying to move up - so that seems like the best option for now.
What are the exams fees for MCSE anyway?
