Self Study CompTIA CTT+ material or recommendations?

Hi,

Do you have any recommendation for CCT+ material? It appears the official book is outdated and/or is not a good resource. I am looking for books, videos, etc...

Any tips on this cert also welcome!

    First time ever noticing this cert. I can see how it could be useful. Out of curiosity, why are you looking to take this? Company requirement? Personal gain? Something else?

    What exactly leads you to believe the book out there is out of date or not a good resource? Book lists the current version, and reviews are fine...
