IT Services on Black Friday

We all know major retailers can have some good Black Friday deals for those looking for hardware, but I started seeing some interesting services being offered and wondered if the TE community would know of more.

I had an email this morning stating that Shodan.io memberships would drop to $5 instead of $49, but haven't confirmed it.

Traditionally a Black Friday event is to get customers to come to the store with a few low prices deals with the idea that the customers will buy enough regular priced items during the same trip to make up for the loss the store takes on the Black Friday deals. If you only offering one product or service, I fail to see how your going to make up your losses, unless your offering saving on the first month of a subscription, and plan to make up your loss in the long run.
