In your opinion, what is the best book series for MCSA Server 2016. I will use also Pluralsight to complete my training.

Im currently using this for one of my exams

Not all of the Panek books have been written yet and the MS Ref Books only go on the basics.Certifications:MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSA: Windows Server 2016, ITIL Foundation, MCSA: Windows 10, MCP, Azure Fundamentals, Security+. -

I found the Windows Server 2016 Inside and Out book to be helpful. It glosses over some stuff but it is pretty good about covering all the concepts in Server 2016. Do note that it isn't a certification book. Its more intended as a general study book. Don't expect it to follow or necessarily cover the exam objectives like a certification book may.

Thanks, I always supplement my study book with a more general reference because most Exam Ref (specially Microsoft one) are very focussed on the test and not on the general topic.
