CSR1000V esxi 5.5 lab HELP stuck at Booting the kernel! HELP!

Hi team,

hey i have loaded anCSR1000v fine booted numerous times before I added the command: platform console serial
once I did that, it is now stuck at Booting the kernel..how can I fix this?
anyone encounter this issue?
