I don't know what your situation or network is like but I found that with our network at work it ended up being far better for us to scrap Web Jet Admin and just set the ports up on the Print Server manually.

There has been a huge drop in the ammount of problems we have had with printers locking up ect....

Just something to think about.

I replaced the link with the following, which should work regardless of your location or whatever the reason is that other link works for some and not for others.
