MCSA SQl 2016- exams 70764-70765

I'm about to start to study for MCSA SQl 2016- exams 70764-70765.
I was wondering what's the best book to study from? and what other study material do you seuggest for it?

I always recommend technet articles as the best book
You should begin from 765 since it is pretty easy. I passed that exam with 8xx points after three days with no expirience with cloud databases.
Than, go to the 764 exam and begin from high availability topics. Set up your own home lab if you have at least 12 GB RAM.
Seating on 764 I ran out of time, however I passed.

UPD.: For preparation, you shouldn't rely on the 20764 course because it does not contain HA topics.
