Is the Official (ISC)^2 Guide to the CISSP CBK a decent Book?

First, thanks to anyone who takes the time to provide feedback.
I'm in a position where I need to pass the CISSP in 2018, and I came across a copy of the Official (ISC)^2 Guide to the CISSP CBK 2nd edition in my office. It looks like this book is now in its 4th edition, so my question is how relevant is this book that I have? Will it be a good resource, or should I just start with newer books to make the learning process more efficient?
