ELearnsecurity no working help.

New member. Question to peoples with ELearnsecurity.
I purchase WAPT 3 month ago. Start use it for a few days it ok. But today I start and lab only say: Creating vpn tunnel for 6+ hours. I read posts on forum. Many people with problem. No one help. Help from anyone please. How contact admins if he ignore? Sorry bad english.

I would email the support guys and ask for help. I was just in the WAPTv2 labs yesterday and they worked flawlessly. It may just be the VPN connection pack is corrupted or some other error.
