in MCDST
used Exam Cram2, Sybex and Measureup. Quite a straight forward exam as questions are not very wordy as compared to 70-270. :)

MCDST now!!

Previously, for my MCP, I have waited for about 2 weeks before I've decided to email M$ and request for the welcome kit. This time I need my MCDST certificate quite urgently, worrying that it'll be delayed again like the MCP.

Thus, is there a good way for me to inform M$ that I've completed the MCDST exams, so that they will proceed with the welcome kit preparation? icon_redface.gif

    Congrats on the pass, and the new MCDST!

    I don't think that there is a way to hurry M$. But, the actual cert should show up in about 6 weeks since you're already an MCP. Check on the MCP site in a couple of days and your exams and your new cert should show up. If it's there, M$ knows that you passed.

    Check the mcp site tomorrow morning and when you see your MCDST title listed you can order the welcome kit.

    That's what I did when I passed my MCSA.
    MCP / MCDST / MCSA+M
    Passed the : 70-228 / 70-229 / 70-270 / 70-271 / 70-272 / 70-284 / 70-290 / 70-291
    Next to do : 70-350 / 70-293 / 70-299 / 70-294 / 70-297 / 70-285 / 70-298

    as what you've said precisely, the mcp site has got my yesterday's exam listed. But it does not says i'm MCDST certified. The Credential column only shows i'm Microsoft Certified Professional. icon_confused.gif

    Just check the mcp site later this morning.

    In my case the same happened.

    I checked the site at home before going to work and it listed my exam only, after checking it again from the office my credential was also listed.

    There is a small delay between the exam and credential being listed.
    MCP / MCDST / MCSA+M
    Passed the : 70-228 / 70-229 / 70-270 / 70-271 / 70-272 / 70-284 / 70-290 / 70-291
    Next to do : 70-350 / 70-293 / 70-299 / 70-294 / 70-297 / 70-285 / 70-298
