Personally, I don't think you need it and your time would be better spent focusing on BCP/DRP, SDLC and SW CMM. They might help you understand the concepts a
little
better by getting 'hands on' experience but your time, IMO, is spent better in studying other areas. Practice Labs don't really lend themselves to this exam like they would Cisco, CompTIA or Microsoft exams.

I probably should have elaborated a little better on that one. I don't think configuring IPtables, configuring MBSA, Installing Kali and implementing BitLocker on portable media [just to name a few] are going to help you with this exam. Will you need that stuff, at some point, in your security career? Absolutely...but not for this exam. Your time & money can be spent much better than this, IMO. Not saying it is a bad product, just not totally relevant for this exam.
