hello, I would like to inquire if what CWNP program would be best to start with. I am a technical support connected with Wireless Internet Provider here in the Philippines, I would like to have certifications on wireless especially that I am exposed to WLAN. Thanks.

This depends on the type of wireless communications that your business uses. If you are primarily Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11), the CWNA certification is what you should get first. If you support a wide variety of different types of communication services, such as Wi-Fi, WiMAX, and Bluetooth, the Wireless# certification will better fit your needs. If you are not sure, the CWNA would be your best choice.
